Refund Policy

If the customer is a consumer (Individual Buying For Themselves) the customer has the right to cancel within seven days of placing the order or seven days of receiving the goods. (Whichever is the longer). If you wish to return goods you must:
 

1. Please contact Shop4Shelves to notify us of the cancellation, quoting the order reference number on your order confirmation email.
2. If material has already been despatched it is the responsibility of the customer to return the material to Shop4Shelves
3. Shop4Shelves can arrange for collection but this will be chargeable
4. On return of the material an inspection will be made. On acceptance of all returned material in a good condition, a credit will be raised against your account less delivery communicated.
