Delivering your product on time and in excellent condition is an important part of the service quality we pride ourselves on.
Deliveries from stock
All of our products are held in stock at our own warehouse in the Midlands and our deliveries are done through a number of experienced transport companies. Please see the table below for delivery lead times for all product types.

Delivery times
We normally make deliveries on weekdays during office hours, between 9am and 5pm.
To keep our delivery charges as affordable as possible, we use a delivery window system whereby we give our transport companies a few days to group together deliveries going to the same area. However, that does mean that we cannot tell you when exactly your products will be delivered.
Checking deliveries
Please check all deliveries when they arrive. If there is anything that you are not completely happy with, please alert the driver immediately or call us as soon as possible.
